Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the personal data of visitors to www.clofouger.fr is collected and processed, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended.
Data controller
SAS CLOFOUGER, 3 Place La Hire et Xaintrailles, 60380 Gerberoy, France.
Contact: contact@clofouger.fr.
Data collected and purposes
The site uses two measurement tools provided by Vercel, both cookie-less:
- Vercel Web Analytics, to measure site traffic (pages viewed, referrer page, country, device type, browser).
- Vercel Speed Insights, to measure the technical performance of page rendering (load times, Core Web Vitals metrics).
These tools rely on an ephemeral technical fingerprint generated by server-side hashing, renewed daily. No IP address is retained, no cookie is placed, and no data allows a visitor to be identified directly or indirectly. This data is used solely to measure site traffic and technical quality, and to improve content.
The site does not use any other third-party measurement, advertising or tracking tools.
Interactive map
The home page embeds a map provided by OpenStreetMap. Loading this map causes a technical connection to OpenStreetMap's servers, which may log certain information (IP address, user agent) for purely technical purposes. For more information, please consult the privacy policy of the OpenStreetMap Foundation.
